6/29/2022, Roman, Curtis & Ricky once again provided outstanding service on our vehicle. Everyone was exceptionally polite, respectful & professional from the moment they first answered the phone until I left their shop. This team has been caring for our vehicles for many years and they have always been great listeners as well as extremely knowledgeable and helpful at explaining what they assess is wrong and explaining all options for resolving the problem in a way that is easy for me to understand. This time, as always, they resolved the problems with our vehicle to my 100% satisfaction. Great job!!!

I actually went in for information on my 2002 Madza with 248k miles. The guys didn't try to lead into spending money there. They gave me the best advice for me. I will do business here from now on. Thanks for being so transparent

Have been using them for years now. They have always been up front with me. They have told me what my car needs and if it was needed now or if I have some time bud should budget for it. I have had a few items installed and it didn’t feel right. I took it back to have them double check it. They checked it and said this is not working right but it is covered under warranty and we will fix it. Oh we also noticed this and it to is covered under warranty. So we will fix it while we are at it. I now send my Mom to them.

The guys at Mr. Transmission are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! They have surpassed my expectations 100 fold! I truly love all of you guys!!!

As a woman it's hard to find an auto repair shop you can trust. I trust these guys. They have been reliable and honest. I've been going here for a couple of years now and won't take my cars anywhere else. Their also friendly and reasonable. Special shout out to Ricky and Curtis you guys are appreciated.

I'm not usually prone to catastrophizing, but when my 20 year old Corolla (which I still love) lost all its gears, I 'knew' I had a major repair on my hands. After calling several well known transmission shops, which were not particularly helpful, friendly or forthcoming, I called Mr. Transmission which I had never heard of and spoke to Roman. He clearly laid out the possible options and also asked good questions, so I decided to have my car towed there. I'm glad I did. It turns out it was a much less expensive repair, which their technician Ricky fixed quickly at an affordable price. From here on out, I will definitely be taking my car to them and would recommend anyone looking for repair shop give them a try.

You can trust in the crew @ Mr. Transmissions they keep your car running and in tip top shape. They even work on old relics that don't have all the bells and whistles like the newer cars. I wouldn't go anywhere else it is very convenient.

I and my family have been customers for more than 10 years. Roman and Curtis are the best. We have never had bad service or advice from them. They are respectful and we will never take our vehicles any other place. Kudos to them.
