Transmissions, If it does not need to be repaired or replaced they are honest and They will tell you up front you do not need to ADDRESS THE ISSUE AT THIS TIME. They take great pride in taking care of all customers. Next time you have a issue I suggest you give them a call or stop by. Great and very friendly group of folks. You will never be disappointed when they are finished. I do my best to leave honest ratings. Most people either give 5 or 1 stars. I don't leave 5 stars unless totally warranted. Every person I interacted with at Milex was amazing. Roman and Ricky were two I want to mention. When I came to pick up my truck, Ricky came into the office and said, "Hi, I'm Ricky. It was a pleasure to work on your truck." He then showed me the problem part and what had happened. NOW THE IMPORTANT PART: I was told by another shop that I either had a cracked engine block or at least a blown head gasket. When I brought it to Milex, I told them what the other shop had said. As it turns out, it was just my water pump, and instead of $5000, it was just over $500. I've seen so many other shops rip people off by exaggerating the issue. Rest assured, the good people at Milex are trustworthy. In this crazy place in time, that is a coveted attribute. I have already told many people if they have maintenance needs, to take their automobile to Milex.

I have used this auto shop for the past 8 years. They are honest and kind and go the extra mile for their customers. These guys also take the time to educate us on the best ways to keep our car road ready. I highly recommend this shop for a great service and integrity.

I'll be coming to this mechanic for the rest of my life. They are dependable, fair, honest, and don't talk down to you. They helped me pick my most recent car based on my needs. So far it is cheaper and more reliable than the Toyota I used to swear by. I was prepared to sacrifice on either cost or time for repairs, but honestly they are fast and do not overcharge.

Roman did a great job of getting our Honda scheduled for service & then both Curtis & Ricky did a superb job of completing the rqd maintenance in a very timely & professional manner!
