Very professional in everything they did. They kept in contact with me and gave me best case and worst case scenarios. My transmission gave out in OKC Sunday at 8pm. On a leap of faith from Google reviews i had the tow company bring here. They were curtious and understanding of every thing i had going on. They fixed a couple other problems i had along with my transmission and kept it a reasonable price. Biggest thing to me, they kept in contact with me on every step. I just barely got it home to Indiana this evening and my truck drove like a champ. Better than it did when I bought it.

Mr. Transmissions is a repair shop that goes above and beyond for the customer and taking great care of your vehicle. Even when you hear strange noises coming from the under carriage of your vehicle. They take the time and diligence to find where the noise is coming from and let you know what they found before dong the repair.

I had already been to several mechanics and was so disappointed with what they were telling me and was overwhelmed about the cost..... so when I met Curtis, Roman and Rickey, they had a more thorough approach to evaluating my car with excellent care and concern.
